In 1991, a team from Harvard Medical School identified 20 drugs too dangerous for use by elderly patients. Then they found out that 23% of seniors are receiving these very drugs. And The Journal of the American Medical Association said this study was merely the tip of the iceberg. They were right. Now the list has grown toseveral dozen drugs.
