Vanquish Joint Pain On The Cellular Level

Joint pain can be a life-wrecking experience. Pain is caused by many conditions, including arthritis, labrum tears, tight tendons, sprains, strains, dehydration and injury. For relief, many people turn to NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatories), analgesic drugs, MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin. Others use topical ointments like Sombra, Icy Hot, Ben Gay and Biofreeze. But there is another product on the market that is worth looking into: Celadrin®.
What Is Celadrin?
Clinical studies show Celadrin to be an effective anti-inflammatory compound that promotes healthy joint function. It increases joint flexibility and range of motion by lubricating the joint at a cellular level. Celadrin is a fatty acid, an ethylated esterified fatty acid derived from bovine tallow oil. Though it is similar to fish oil, it is made specifically to help joints through its action as a cellular lubricant.
How It Works
Unlike NSAIDs, Celadrin does not allow for better range of motion in the joints as a side effect of its pain relief and body-wide reduction of inflammation. Rather, it works to decrease inflammation specifically in the joints and lubricate their movement. It increases the fluids that cushion the space between the joint bones.
Because of its inflammation reducing effects and lubricating actions, Celadrin helps create an interior environment that allows the body to repair joints and adjacent tissues. It is reported to effect change at the cellular level, within the cell membranes themselves. It assists in the reduction and prevention of breakdown in joint cartilage.
The Studies
Celadrin has been scientifically studied for oral and topical efficacy. Findings have been published in such places as the Journal of Rheumatology and the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. In one double-blind, multi-center, placebo-controlled study, 64 participants (ages 37 to77) took Celadrin capsules daily for 68 days. Evaluated at days 30 and 68, the Celadrin group reported greater flexibility and fewer aches. They were able to walk farther when compared to the placebo group.
Topical application of Celadrin for 42 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee was studied at the University of Connecticut. Participants were evaluated before application of Celadrin cream, 30 minutes after application, and again after twice-daily topical application for 30 days. Researchers in this study evaluated physical function, postural movement, range of motion and pain levels. Specifically, the study looked to evaluate real-world effects, including how long it took participants to “get up and go” from a chair, time in climbing stairs and improvements in knee mobility and endurance. When compared to the placebo cream group, 100 percent of those applying Celadrin showed reduced pain and stiffness, better mobility and improved balance and strength.
The participants experienced a dramatic improvement in all aspects tested after only 30 minutes of applying the cream with cumulative beneficial effects occurring after 30 days.
More Than A Joint Pain Reliever
There is one thing that arthritis, heart attacks, allergies, cancer, bowel diseases and Alzheimer’s have in common: inflammation. The presence of inflammation can be felt and seen symptomatically when you suffer pain, heat, redness and swelling.
Inflammation is an essential component to fighting infection and repairing from injury. However, left unchecked, it wreaks havoc on the body. As a natural anti-inflammatory fatty acid compound, Celadrin can help the body manage damaging symptoms through controlling inflammatory conditions. (Studies have also shown it to be effective at reducing the effects of psoriasis.)
Things To Consider
If you experience joint pain or inflammation of any kind not related to injury, please speak with your primary healthcare provider for advice. You need to know if the inflammation or pain is the result of a potentially serious medical issue. If so, you can get appropriate treatment. But if your pain is linked to inflammation, Celadrin can help mitigate your problem while lubricating your joints and reducing pain. It helps the body heal.
