In today's article, I'm going to share with you a somewhat unique little exercise you can do in only 3 minutes per day, and it's proven to help flatten your stomach if you do it consistently...

In fact, you can even do this little 3 minute belly-flattening exercise while driving in your car on your daily commute (or any other time you drive)... I'm not kidding!  And it works equally well for both men and women:
