Stop the Ravages of Aging… By Eating This Gem
We hear a lot about “free radicals,” the marauders that damage our cells, even our DNA. They trigger many chronic diseases, like high blood pressure, heart disease, dementia, and cancer.
What causes free radicals? Pollution, chemicals, and cigarette smoke, to name a few. They turn oxygen inside our cells into the destructive force known as free radicals.
