This is going to sound weird.
I don’t know if monkeys ever have high blood pressure, but I’m guessing maybe they don’t because . . . they eat so many bananas.
Bananas apparently lower blood pressure. Who knew?
So, why is it that bananas lower blood pressure?
This is what I learned in the informative video I just watched, from Barton Publishing.
You see, bananas are packed with potassium, and potassium just happens to be one of the most important nutrients ever discovered when it comes to treating high blood pressure.
In fact, researchers at prestigious Duke University found that taking in more potassium can lower your blood pressure by as much as 20 points. And that’s for folks with the greatest risk for high blood pressure!
That’s not the only truly startling information I found in this video.
The research team at Barton Publishing also uncovered an astounding “brown rice” remedy that can completely eliminate high blood pressure in as little as seven days!
You actually have to be a careful that you don’t lower your blood pressure too much. (That’s why you should never try these natural remedies without checking with your doctor first. They may be natural, but they are really powerful.)
But those aren’t even the most incredible breakthroughs in the video.
They also found that, in many cases, high blood pressure can be relieved with water! That’s right—plain, ordinary water. You know, the stuff that comes right out of your kitchen faucet.
And they also found that bread can actually lower your blood pressure. (But only if it’s the right kind.)
Here’s one I really love: Barton uncovered a simple hand-held device you just squeeze a few times a week. Testing found that it lowered blood pressure 7 times better than doing regular exercise and twice as effectively as those nasty high-blood-pressure druggs. (Even the Harvard Heart Letter raved about this one!)
If you have high blood pressure (or if someone you care about has it), I highly recommend that you take a few minutes and watch this video for yourself.
I think you’ll be as impressed as I was.
Sincerely,
