Hi, it's David Andrews here...

As a diabetic or recovering diabetic, you probably have a routine.

A diabetic "drill" that you run through every day.

Finger pricks. Injections.

Monitor your blood sugar levels, make adjustments.

Maybe your daily routine also includes oral meds like Amaryl, Junevia, or Metformin.

This routine, and these drugs, are helpful-but they also have a
downside.

It's possible to keep eating the same foods you've always eaten, because the drugs help keep your blood sugar levels evened out.

Here's the problem...

The drugs may only work for a few years, and they may stop
working altogether eventually.

Fortunately, there is something that is more powerful than the drugs. More reliable. Longer-lasting. And much, much safer.

I'm talking, of course, about what you eat. Please don't tune
out. I know you've heard enough lecturing about your diet to last you a lifetime.

But maybe this is different. Here's why...

The drugs you take to treat your diabetes symptoms come with side effects. Some that are merely annoying, like diarrhea and gas.

And some that are scary, such as "fatal cardiovascular events". That's the FDA's euphemism for "heart attack".

And there's enough controversy about just how effective these
drugs are that it's at least worth considering. Are the risks
worth it?

Consider the idea that the drugs you take only treat your
symptoms, and they don't deal with what's causing your diabetes.

Consider the idea that Big Pharma only makes big profits if you keep taking their drugs.

Now this may all sound discouraging, but I'm writing you today to underline the fact that there is a better way.

This little video right here is filled with proven advice for dealing with diabetes.

Without drugs.

I think we can all agree the best way to deal with a disease like
diabetes is to cut it off at the root.

In this email I'm going to show you three simple, but crucial, steps to dealing with diabetes effectively and naturally:

1. Limit your carb intake. Replace starchy foods with low carb
veggies, healthy fats, and lean meat.

2. Do some moderate exercise. You don't have to go crazy, but the benefits of moderate exercise are twofold: first, it helps burn fat. And second, it helps control blood sugar levels!

3. Take supplements. Especially the "one weird spice"  (The spice is a specific type of cinnamon, by the way... But you need to take it in a specific combination and amount.). Plus there are many other vitamins and minerals you can take as supplements that will help even out your blood sugar levels.

Taking these simple steps, many people have been able to
normalize their blood sugar levels or even put their diabetes
into remission.

This is a much better option than just taking pills, and
continuing to stuff your face with doughnuts.

The best news is, you don't have to deprive yourself of the foods you really enjoy eating. You just have to know what to eat ... and when.

For more details, you should watch this little video presentation which tells you everything... Including how to use the "one weird spice", in what amount and when to take it.

To health and healing,
David Andrews
