Hi, it's David Andrews here... As a diabetic or recovering diabetic, you probably have a routine. A diabetic "drill" that you run through every day. Finger pricks. Injections. Monitor your blood sugar levels, make adjustments. Maybe your daily routine also includes oral meds like Amaryl, Junevia, or Metformin. This routine, and these drugs, are helpful-but they also have a downside. It's possible to keep eating the same foods you've always eaten, because the drugs help keep your blood sugar levels evened out. Here's the problem... The drugs may only work for a few years, and they may stop working altogether eventually. Fortunately, there is something that is more powerful than the drugs. More reliable. Longer-lasting. And much, much safer. I'm talking, of course, about what you eat. Please don't tune out. I know you've heard enough lecturing about your diet to last you a lifetime. But maybe this is different. Here's why... The drugs you take to treat your diabetes symptoms come with side effects. Some that are merely annoying, like diarrhea and gas. And some that are scary, such as "fatal cardiovascular events". That's the FDA's euphemism for "heart attack". And there's enough controversy about just how effective these drugs are that it's at least worth considering. Are the risks worth it? Consider the idea that the drugs you take only treat your symptoms, and they don't deal with what's causing your diabetes. Consider the idea that Big Pharma only makes big profits if you keep taking their drugs. Now this may all sound discouraging, but I'm writing you today to underline the fact that there is a better way. This little video right here is filled with proven advice for dealing with diabetes. Without drugs. I think we can all agree the best way to deal with a disease like diabetes is to cut it off at the root. In this email I'm going to show you three simple, but crucial, steps to dealing with diabetes effectively and naturally: 1. Limit your carb intake. Replace starchy foods with low carb veggies, healthy fats, and lean meat. 2. Do some moderate exercise. You don't have to go crazy, but the benefits of moderate exercise are twofold: first, it helps burn fat. And second, it helps control blood sugar levels! 3. Take supplements. Especially the "one weird spice" (The spice is a specific type of cinnamon, by the way... But you need to take it in a specific combination and amount.). Plus there are many other vitamins and minerals you can take as supplements that will help even out your blood sugar levels. Taking these simple steps, many people have been able to normalize their blood sugar levels or even put their diabetes into remission. This is a much better option than just taking pills, and continuing to stuff your face with doughnuts. The best news is, you don't have to deprive yourself of the foods you really enjoy eating. You just have to know what to eat ... and when. For more details, you should watch this little video presentation which tells you everything... Including how to use the "one weird spice", in what amount and when to take it. To health and healing, David Andrews Creator of Diabetes Destroyer |

Hi, it's David Andrews here...
This story is going to shock you- especially if you have ever flown in an airplane...
I want to introduce you to Dan (55) and Sylvie (48). Recently this couple lost 68 pounds together in just over ONE month using a simple 2 minute daily ritual they discovered after a near fatal tragedy while on vacation. And further, they manage to drop their blood sugar from diabetic levels to healthy leves (yes, reversing their diabetes)
Check out their incredible transformation yourself:
The most shocking thing is their transformation was triggered by a heart attack Dan suffered while flying in an airplane at 35,000 feet.
The pilot had to declare a medical emergency forcing the plane to land in Germany where they would be given a unique, new 2 minute ritual that would save Dan’s life while melting away one pound of deadly belly fat every day.
Their story of survival could save your life so be sure to check it out-

Tai Chi good for blood pressure, heart
Hi, it's David Andrews here and listen...
Exercise doesn’t need to be sweaty.
It doesn’t need to be grueling.
And it sure doesn’t have to be ugly.
In fact, an interesting form of exercise – Tai Chi – isn’t any of those things. And it could very well help your blood pressure.
The basics on Tai Chi
Tai Chi has a sort of fluid look, when you see it.
Sometimes, you’ll see groups of people in a park doing Tai Chi.
Mostly, people take Tai Chi group classes.
Tai Chi is the most popular of the ancient Chinese martial arts. In the US, most people think of it as a form of exercise.
It’s recommended for people of any age – but seniors especially benefit. Tai Chi helps people maintain strength, flexibility and balance. Tai Chi combines gentle physical activity with elements of meditation, body awareness, imagery and attention to breathing.
In other words, it’s one way in life to “go with the flow.”
Here’s the deal on blood pressure and cholesterol
A research team reviewed 35 studies conducted in 10 countries – a truly global study of Tai Chi and other traditional Chinese exercises.
The results: People who did Tai Chi (and other Chinese exercises) had improvements in blood pressure, LDL “bad” cholesterol and in triglycerides (another “bad” blood fat).
In fact, they even reported less depression – and better overall quality of life.
Mix up your exercise routine with Tai Chi
There’s certainly no downside to Tai Chi. No bad side effects. And it gets you out among people, so there’s a nice social element.
You need 20 to 30 minutes of exercise every day. Why not mix it up with a Tai Chi class every week?
As you’ve seen, there’s convincing evidence you should do it.
Certainly it’s cheaper than taking blood pressure and cholesterol pills.
And yes, no side effects.
Excellent.
Now get busy -- google “Tai Chi classes <your city>”. And start working out with Tai Chi.
Now!

Hi, it's David Andrews here,
What if I told you that by simply listening to a certain kind of music your body could unlock the power to correct emotional and physical ailments … even deadly diseases?
I know – you’d think I was nuts!
But you’d be wrong because…
I’ve witnessed this healing power first-hand
Click here to read more and you’ll completely understand.
You see, I need you to read Michael Tyrrell’s story so you can see for yourself what I’ve been experiencing over the past several months.
I met Michael many years ago and we hit it off instantly. Since then, he’s become a dear friend of mine. He is a spiritual man with a deep love for God and people.
In fact, he contributes natural health articles nearly every month in his “Spiritual Wellness” column of a publication Home Cures That Work.
In addition to being an inspiring writer, Michael’s also a powerful speaker and a fantastic musician. (He can play guitar like Steve Vai & Eddie Van Halen!)
Recently, Michael finished a project that has been stirring inside of him for nearly 20 years. Some have called this his “Magnum Opus” or life’s work.
He has revealed 7 ancient musical tones and frequencies that have the amazing potential to help your body heal itself and facilitate hard-to-explain results (many would call them miraculous).
Here’s a list of some of the things people are saying:
Erases feelings of fear and guilt
Replaces sluggishness and lethargy with quick, sharp energy
Normalizes blood sugar levels to healthy range, and reverses type 2 diabetes
Corrects problems in your blood, muscles, joints … kidneys and liver – without dangerous drugs
Neutralizes immune system and hormonal imbalances
Almost instantly soothes feelings of unrest, anxiety, and depression
Restores full, healthy function to your heart, adrenal glands, and circulatory system
Experiences deep spiritual and emotional healing
He took it upon himself to record 7 beautiful songs using these very same tones – “Wholetones” as he calls them…
Today, I want you to have this beautiful, healing music for yourself
All you have to do is click here to see the full story behind this project, and listen to the music
Now I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first, until I listened to the music myself.
Yes – these amazing tones have proven to have a SHOCKING power to facilitate healing in your body and in your life…
Michael first experienced the power of these songs when he played a certain note, tuned to the 741Hz frequency, on his guitar while sitting next to his mother the day before she went in for surgery to remove a cancerous pancreatic tumor (you’ve got to hear that story!) - and I’m thrilled to say she’s still with us, 9 years later… cancer-free.
Personally, I’ve listened to all these amazing songs over and over... and found they relieve my stress, calm my nerves, ease my breathing, and allow me to be more focused and productive on my multiple work projects. Not to mention keeps my diabetes in check, and blood sugar levels at the healthy range...
And that’s not all…
My friend Joe Barton has also used these same songs to soothe his OWN mother with late stage cancer.
This past spring, Joe's mom’s stage-IV cancer took a turn for the worse. When they were together on Easter, they both wept as we listened to the music together. The song is called Great Awakening, and is recorded in the frequency of 741Hz. I’m not sure how to explain it or scientifically validate it, but what I do know is this: It helped them heal emotionally, and let everything go. Both Joe and his mom can attest...
Soothing, spiritual, and really hard to explain… this music resonates and benefits the whole self – mind, body, and spirit.
Trust me, you WILL believe in the healing power of this music once you hear Michael’s story.
See Michael’s story right now … it costs you nothing but a few moments of your time…
Listen to the music.
This could be the answer to your prayers.

Strength Training Tips For Fighting Diabetes
Welcome back. I hope you enjoyed the last newsletter on the many benefits that strength training will bring you. Today, I want to give you a few more tips to know and remember about strength training for fighting diabetes.
While for the most part, you should approach your workouts in a very similar manner as anyone else would, there are a few key differences that you should know about as well.
First, make sure that you are being very careful about your pre and post workout meals. Strength training will utilize glucose in the blood stream very quickly, so you can hit a sugar low if you aren’t careful.
I recommend eating a light meal with both protein and carbohydrates about 30-60 minutes prior to strength training and then plan for another meal or snack right after the workout is over. This again should be light and contain around 20-25 grams of carbohydrates along with 10 or more grams of protein. You may want to discuss this with your treating physician.
Additionally, it’s not a bad idea to carry around a few packets of honey and/or gummy candies that you can eat if you feel low blood glucose levels coming on. The last thing that you want to be is stuck in the weight room with crashing blood glucose. This can get very dangerous, very fast.
Beyond that, be careful about how you structure your strength training sessions. Be cautious about using things like drop sets and supersets, which also utilize blood glucose very rapidly.
While these can be excellent techniques for losing weight, until you have learned how your body handles strength training from a blood glucose point of view, you’ll want to be careful about adding these.
Once you have a good grasp of it, then begin adding these principles if you like.
Strength training is quite a bit difference than just doing regular cardio training, so it’s vital to keep in mind that not all exercise is the same. Be smart in how you train however and strength training will be the most beneficial exercise you will do.
